Air freight usually takes around 7-15 days after dispatch. Sea freight is generally 45-60 days depending on schedule and customs throughput.

Yes. We support parcel consolidation to reduce shipping cost. We can repack and merge before outbound shipment.
Pricing & Billing

Charges are calculated by service type and charge unit. Air is usually by KG. Sea is usually by CBM (or KG for small cargo tiers).

We support multiple payment channels including WeChat, Alipay, bank transfer, and selected mobile money methods shown in checkout/invoice pages.
Tracking

Use the Track page and enter your tracking number. You can also log in to the customer dashboard to view full shipment history.

Status can pause during customs checks or transit handoff. If no update for an unusual time, contact support with your tracking number.
