1. Introduction

Welcome to Rehoboth Cargo ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.rehobothcargo.com), mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Our Services

Rehoboth Cargo provides international freight forwarding and logistics services between China and Malawi. Our services include:

• Air Freight: Express shipping by air from China to Malawi
• Sea Freight: Cost-effective shipping by ocean vessel
• Buy For Me: Procurement service where we purchase items from Chinese suppliers on your behalf
• Ship For Me: Forwarding service for items you've purchased independently in China
• Consolidation: Combining multiple packages into one shipment
• Customs Clearance: Assistance with import documentation and clearance

2.1 Service Availability

Our services are available to individuals and businesses who can form legally binding contracts. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. User Account

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account ("Account"). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your Account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials. Rehoboth Cargo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our Services, you are making an offer to purchase services at the quoted price. All orders are subject to acceptance by Rehoboth Cargo.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) or Malawian Kwacha (MWK) as indicated. Prices include our service fees but may not include:

• Import duties and taxes imposed by Malawian customs
• Additional handling fees for oversized or special items
• Insurance (optional)
• Local delivery charges beyond our standard service area

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before shipping. We accept payments via:

• WeChat Pay / Alipay (for CNY payments)
• Bank transfer
• Mobile money (for MWK payments)

5. Shipping Terms

5.1 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Air Freight: 7-14 business days from China warehouse departure
• Sea Freight: 45-60 business days from China warehouse departure

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control including customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

5.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased through our Buy For Me service pass to you upon delivery to our China warehouse. For Ship For Me service, risk remains with you throughout the shipping process.

5.3 Inspection

You must inspect your shipment upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipping:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives
• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Hazardous materials (flammable, corrosive, toxic)
• Counterfeit goods and intellectual property violations
• Live animals and plants
• Currency, jewelry, and precious metals
• Pornographic materials
• Items prohibited by Chinese or Malawian law

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Limitations

Rehoboth Cargo provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.

7.3 Exclusions

Rehoboth Cargo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Delays or losses caused by customs authorities
• Damage to improperly packaged items
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

8. Refunds and Claims

8.1 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Order cancellation before shipment departure
• Service not rendered as described
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

8.2 Claims Process

To file a claim for lost or damaged items:

1. Report the issue within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost items)
2. Provide photos and documentation of damage
3. Submit a claim form through your Account or contact support
4. Allow up to 14 business days for claim review

8.3 Compensation Limits

Without insurance, compensation for lost or damaged items is limited to the lesser of the declared value or 楼100 per kilogram. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for valuable items.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Shipping prohibited items
• Abusive behavior toward staff
• Failure to pay outstanding balances

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
