Our Warehouse Packaging Standards
- Internal Cushioning: We ensure items are wrapped in bubble wrap and use foam peanuts to fill empty space inside cartons.
- Thick Cartons: Upgrading standard domestic boxes to 5-ply or 7-ply export-grade corrugated boxes.
- Wooden Crating: For heavy or highly fragile items (like furniture, solar panels, or displays), we build custom wooden frames or enclosed wooden boxes. We ensure all wood is fumigation-free (plywood) to comply with international customs.
- Palletizing: Wrapping multiple boxes onto a single pallet with heavy-duty shrink wrap to prevent loss and damage during forklift handling.
