Once a container arrives in Lilongwe or Blantyre, returning defective goods to China is economically impossible. All quality control must happen in Guangzhou.

Rehoboth’s Warehouse QC Process

1. Quantity Verification: We physically count cartons and items to ensure the supplier didn't shortchange you.
2. Visual Inspection: We open random boxes to check for correct colors, sizes, and any obvious manufacturing defects.
3. Photo/Video Evidence: We send you high-resolution photos and videos of your goods before we repack them.
4. Supplier Follow-up: If we spot an issue, we immediately contact the Chinese supplier to demand replacements while the goods are still in China.
