The Chinese consulate needs proof that you have a legitimate business reason to visit China. A well-drafted invitation letter from a registered Chinese entity (like a logistics or trading company) is mandatory.
What Must Be Included?
- Invitee's Details: Full name, gender, date of birth, and passport number.
- Visit Details: Purpose of the visit, arrival and departure dates, and the cities you will visit (e.g., Guangzhou, Foshan, Yiwu).
- Financial Support: Clarification on who will bear the costs of accommodation and flights.
- Inviter's Details: The Chinese companyβs official stamp (red chop), registered address, phone number, and the legal representativeβs signature.
